KC Online supports college staff and students by providing safe, secure, 24/7 access to resources and communication tools.

Students - You will most likely have been provided with a username and password by your Learning advisor or your lecturer. Please note that the username/password is different from your e-mail or computer username/password. Your username takes the format of surname, initial and then 09 eg the username for Harry Brown would be brownh09. You can change your KC Online password at any time.

Staff - Your username should be the same as your college username. You can change your KC Online password at any time.
